Our Quality Systems received another stamp of approval in January.
Once again we are pleased to announce that, after our original dates were postponed, we were finally able to successfully complete our re-assessment of our ISO 9001 registration with no non-conformances, a full clean bill of health !!
In the past year we’ve all become accustomed to virtual meetings, but virtual audits were a new experience for both us and our External Accreditation provider.
Our clients are already aware of our professional approach and it was fantastic that we were able to demonstrate to an independent assessor that our communications and records are to International Standards.
