Refurbishment of old school & gatehouse (Grade II Listed Building) with 4 new build houses.

Preparation and painting of new and existing timber windows with Dulux Weathershield

Fungicidal treatment, repair and patching to exterior walls with Keim Spachtel and application of Keim Soldalit paint to render Internal and external decoration works to the main Hall, including internal ornate features to ceiling. Timber areas were stripped back to bare timber prior to sanding / priming / filling to achieve the required finish for painting. Ornate plaster ceilings were stripped back until sound, washed with a fungicidal solution before stabilising & filling ready to receive paint finish
Sanding of wooden floors and application of new oil treatment. Sealed Garage floors with a silicone based sealer.
