11 York Street

This new building sits in a prestigious and very busy location in central Manchester. York street is branded as more than a building and states it is there to “shake things up and change how the city works together”.

All internal works completed on this new build high end project included painting and wallpapering to all surfaces including offices, washrooms, event and amenity space and basement car parking area. The client wanted to create a building that engages with its occupiers and wanted to build a community.

Johnstones Trade Paints were used throughout this project and Newmor Coverings also provided Sorrento fabric-backed vinyl for many areas including offices and breakout areas, this proved problematic to source due to shortages and restrictions but was completed and looks stunning.

This project required us to be dynamic. Many programme delays & material shortages meant we had to be well organised to allow us to create a fantastic finish as well as hitting targets & PC date.
