Main Duties

  • General administration
  • Answering phone calls (switchboard)
  • Welcoming and greeting guests (operating door entry)
  • Data entry
  • Filing
  • Checking post box and distributing mail
  • Collating information (Weekly staff timesheets, subcontractor invoices, labour records, vehicle check sheets).
  • Distributing paperwork to Contract Managers for approval by the deadline.
  • Issuing Supervisor Paperwork Log
  • Administration support for Contract Managers
  • Scheduling vehicle repairs and servicing
  • Organising and booking accommodation
  • Monitoring and downloading all snag lists and sharing them with the operations team
  • Supporting the Operations, Commercial and Finance teams
  • Undertake other duties that are required from time to time commensurate with this position.


  • 25 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays
  • Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 5pm, Friday 8.30am – 4pm
