Quantity Surveyor/Estimator – Manchester Area.

Due to continued growth, we have a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our award-winning family business.

Working with the Commercial and Estimating Managers this role will be responsible for the delivery of a professional and high-quality QS/Estimating service for tender enquiries and painting contracts.

Key duties of the role will include:

• Estimating tenders
• Pricing
• Managing costs
• Conversion of tenders to live jobs
• Client negotiation & communication
• Site visits
• Reporting
• Maintenance of contract information
