PA to Managing Director – Carlisle.

Due to continued growth, we have a great opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our award-winning family business.

Supporting the Managing Director to allow him to devote his attention to the areas which add best value to the business, the role will also take a lead in arranging hospitality within the organisation and involvement in sales & marketing activities.

Key duties of the role will include:

  • Handling correspondence
  • Diary/Calendar management
  • Arranging meetings
  • Travel/accommodation booking
  • Agendas/minutes
  • Office facilities

Applicants must be professional in their approach with great organisational and teamwork skills.  IT skills are essential.

Previous experience in sales/marketing will be advantageous.
