Finance Assistant.

Are you an experienced Finance & Payroll Assistant? Do you have experience working with Sage Payroll & Sage Accounts?

Yes? If so, then this could be an ideal new role for you!

This is a permanent position where you’ll be responsible for a range of finance duties including, full payroll processing on Sage Payroll, Purchase & Sales Ledger invoicing on Construct and Sage 200.

This position would best suit a dynamic & enthusiastic individual who has previously worked within a similar environment and has comprehensive experience in both transactional finance & Payroll. Experience with Sage Payroll, Construct & Sage 200 would also be beneficial.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Managing the purchase ledger function.
  • Processing the weekly payroll and associated journals.
  • Assisting with month end processes.


  • Proactive, hands on and enthusiastic, and be keen to have variety in their role.
  • AAT Level 3 minimum. QBE will be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate level Excel as a minimum.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an account’s office.
