We were awarded the internal decoration package on an office fit out scheme within 1 St Michaels Manchester by CBRE.  This prestigious £400m+ mixed use development was led by Gary Neville’s Relentless Group and since completion, has set new record-breaking office rents for the city.

Our scope covered the 6^th floor office space for end user S&P Global, included all internal painting and decoration across the 20,000 sq. ft space.

We began the planned 10-week programme with the early works and preparation, followed by mist coating throughout. Once other trades had moved through and the woodwork had been fitted, we proceeded with the final decoration. During the programme we were asked to undertake a number of variations, which we responded to promptly to avoid any programme delays.

With a flexible, modular layout the different zones included open plan working areas, board rooms, meeting rooms, breakout areas, soundproof work pods, an auditorium, kitchen areas and a multi faith room.

A Dulux specification was used throughout with Dulux Diamond Matt on the walls for an ultra-durable finish, Dulux Satinwood on the woodwork, masonry paint on exposed soffits and a textured Bauwerk limewash to feature areas. The design featured a colour palette of creams, charcoal, greys and reds creating a sophisticated and calming aesthetic.

The end result was a truly stunning space with a high-quality look and feel. The fit out was well-managed and we were praised by the Site Manager for our quality workmanship and level of service.
